- Assistance with venue selection and vendor recommendations
- Unlimited communication and guidance throughout the planning process
- Full budget management and assistance with contract negotiations
- Coordination of all vendors and services
- Creation and management of detailed timelines, checklists and floorplans
- Assistance with design and decor concepts
- Attendance at vendor meetings, tastings, and site visits
- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony logistics
- On-site coordination and management of the entire event from start to finish, including help with set up and take down
- Coordination with venue staff and vendors on the wedding day

PARTIAL PLANNING
Partial Planning Services are for couples who have the main pieces of their big day planned but are starting to feel overwhelmed with managing everything in the months leading up to their wedding day. These services offer a comprehensive level of support that focus on planning and organization of details.

- Consultation 3-6 months before the wedding
- Full vendor management and review of all contracts
- Access to our Preferred Vendor List, Wedding Planning Checklist and Excel Budgeter
- Management of transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
- Creation of floor plans for wedding day
- Creation and distribution of event day timeline to vendors and bridal party
- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony logistics
- On-site coordination and management of the entire event from start to finish, including help with set up and take down
- Coordination with venue staff and vendors on the wedding day
- Extensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit on-site
- Ensuring smooth execution of all aspects of the wedding day
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
- Consultation 4-6 weeks before the wedding
- Review of all vendor contracts and ensure rental and catering counts are correct
- Review of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
- Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and bridal party
- Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony logistics
- On-site coordination and management of the entire event from start to finish, including help with set up and take down
- Coordination with venue staff and vendors on the wedding day

Month-Of Coordination Services are perfect for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins a month before the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate the final details so you can spend the month of your wedding with as little stress as possible!

Absolutely! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your chosen vendors to ensure every detail is unaccounted for and your wedding vision comes to life! We also have a list of preferred vendors so if you are still in need of specific vendors, we’re happy to provide you with those potential options and we will work together to find one that fits your budget, aesthetic, and personality.

The initial payment will be due upon signing the contract to secure your date. Depending on the package you choose, we will figure out a payment schedule that works best for you and split up payments of the remaining balance throughout the planning process with the final balance due before the wedding day.

You’re more than welcome to increase the level of support at any point in the planning process and upgrade packages or request add ons if you realize that you require more assistance!
